Twice a year, something extraordinary unfolds at our Fairyland Clubhouse. We call it MRS Cabaret, though that hardly captures what transpires when shadows learn to dance and stories take on a life of their own.
What is the MRS Cabaret?
An immersive theatrical experience. A narrative that unfolds across multiple realms. A carefully crafted evening where the line between performer and audience dissolves into something far more interesting.
Each Cabaret weaves an overarching story through shadow puppetry, live music, movement, and the singular talents of our guest artists. The work is intentionally handmade, deliberately intimate, unapologetically theatrical.
Every edition explores a different theme, tells a different tale. Yet all take place within our fantastical galaxy—a world populated by recurring characters you'll come to recognize as old friends, or perhaps co-conspirators.

The Cabaret has been the beating heart of Midnight Radio Show since our inception. For years, these gatherings happened twice annually—the space where our company found its voice, where collaboration became ritual, where community was built.

The Experience
This is experimental theatre in its truest form—raw, workshop-quality work that trades polish for immediacy, rehearsal for authenticity. What happens here is intimate and fleeting, which is precisely the point.
The performance runs approximately 90 minutes.
Then: drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and a dance party. Fairy mingling highly recommended—and, if we're being honest, highly magical.
